Job Overview:

We are seeking for a high self-motivated person who to be responsible for promoting and selling the company's cutting-edged optical computing portfolio into the domestic academia market by maintaining cooperative relationships with universities (all level necessary), gradually building up the optical computing ecosystem, designing the strategic business model and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

Define/Finetune the business development strategy with technical marketing and brother MKTing/Product teams in compute product line department dynamically.

Develop the best fit business model to achieve the company strategic goal of revenue and ecosystem build up.

Identify the industry academic trends and key players or influencer who potentially can be the right category of customers.

Explore the new customers and develop/maintain the business relationship with all levels.

Build up the interconnection with key players in the academic industry to enhance company’s power of influence, including but not limited to vertical SI, ISV, Opensource communities, interdisciplinary departments in universities and relevant government office, etc.

Short-term and mid-term sales target hit.

 

Main Qualifications:

Master’s degree or above, majors in Optoelectronics, EE,  etc.

10+ years working experience, 5+ years in Sales and marketing is preferred.

Understand new technology GTM and ecosystem build up is required.

Understand the working mechanism of domestic academia industry.

Passionate and self-motivated in high-tech sales and mkting area.

Working experience in universities and research institutions is preferred.

Sharp minded, open, and inclusive to the new ideas with strong execution capability.

Startup sprit with down to the earth character.
